莎莎家有間位於上海法租界附近的28樓高級住宅公寓，面朝法租界和延安高架，以酒店式公寓的概念，開放短期和長期出租。這個房子是我們在上海的度假屋，平時都是出租或空著。適合到上海旅遊的男女朋友，家庭，或想體驗住在上海的人。
5分鐘步行到法租界，boutiques 小店，最當紅的餐廳，Brunch，爵士酒吧，Lounge，Y+瑜伽，樓下就是Lawson 便利商店，聯華超市，樂購TESCO大賣場，還有外國人超市，指壓油壓按摩和SPA好幾家就在樓下可以隨時叫上門（隨叫隨到唷~），叫計程車可以用家裡的對講機請樓下叫車。

It is fully furnished featuring a private balcony with magnificant view of French Concession, perfect for travellers, couples or families. It is situated within walking distance to the historic area of French Concession, local shopping, entertainment, restaurants, Tesco supermart and foreign supermakret, yoga house, massages, transportation, easy access to the freeway. It serves as a pied a terre for the owner while in town.
